Terms & Conditions
This agreement contains the terms and conditions for the use of the heidivalkola.fi web service (Service) maintained by Heidi Valkola Tmi (Service Provider). By using the Service, purchasing products from the Service or registering for the Service, the User accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement and undertakes to comply with these terms and conditions.

Disposition
The service is intended for private consumers. Retailers are welcome to contact heidi@heidivalkola.com
Registration
The user can register as a user of the Service by filling in the registration form and selecting a username and password. The user can also order products without registering.
By signing for the service, the User hereby declares that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and undertake to comply with them. Registration is free of charge.
The service is built on the Shopify platform, and all data is stored on Shopify's secure servers in the United States behind the firewall. Data will not be disclosed to third parties.
User Responsibilities and Obligations
The user is responsible for all orders placed with their username and password.
The user is responsible for the confidentiality of his / her username and password.
Collection and use of personal data
Mandatory information for ordering is user's First Name, Last Name, Local Address, Post Office, Country, Email Address, and Phone Number.
The Service Provider will not disclose the personal data it has collected to third parties.
Customer register information may only be used in electronic direct marketing if the User has given their consent.
The Service Provider reserves the right to disclose information about the User to the authorities if the User has acted in violation of law and good practice.
The user has the right to check, change or delete information about himself / herself in the customer register.
In order for us to be able to offer Klarna payment methods to you, we will provide mandatory information to Klarna, such as your contact information and order information, so that Klarna can evaluate whether you can be offered different payment methods and offer you the appropriate payment methods. This information will only be transmitted when you choose the payment method provided by Klarna.

How to order
In the service, orders can be placed persons over 18 years of age who have a credit or debit card issued by a valid bank authorized by the Service Provider.
The service provider may choose to accept or reject the order. The success of the order also depends on the availability of the product. The Service Provider does not guarantee the availability of all products advertised in the Service. The Service Provider shall use its best endeavors to disclose the current availability of the Products in the Service.
When ordering a product, a binding trade agreement is created when the Service Provider sends a confirmation of delivery notice to the User confirming the availability and delivery of the product.
The service provider reserves the right not to accept the order.
Product prices
The price of the product is the price displayed at the time of ordering on the product page of the Service.
Shipping costs will be added to the price. Payment is order-specific unless otherwise stated. The relevant delivery fee will be displayed in the Service before the order is placed.
In the service, prices and shipping costs are reported to the User in Euros (EUR).
When selling and transporting products outside the EU, the recipient of the product is responsible for local taxes, customs duties and other similar costs.
Delivery
Service Provider delivers the sold products based on the decision of the user with a third party to the transport contract.
Shipping costs will be added to the order price. The shipping costs for each order appear in the Checkout section.
Product delivery times are determined by product. The delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination of the shipment. Valid delivery methods are available from the Service at any given time.
The service provider shall not be liable for any delay caused by force majeure or indirect damage caused by delayed delivery.
The service provider reserves the right to deliver the ordered products in different shipments.
The service provider is responsible for the loss or breakage of the product during transportation.
Cancellation and Returns
The consumer has the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel his order by notifying the Service Provider within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been modified according to the wishes of the Consumer.
The condition of the return is that
1) the order has been canceled in accordance with the terms of sale by returning it within 14 days of receipt of the product;
2) The product is unused
3) the product is in the condition in which the buyer received it
4) the product is packed in its original packaging or equivalent.

Online payment offered by your bank
We currently have Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, S-Bank, Handelsbanken, Aktia, Savings Bank, Pop Bank, Oma Savings Bank and Åland Banken. Online banking payments are made safely through our partner Checkout Finland. The payee is Checkout Finland, and Heidi Valkola Tmi is mentioned in the payment message field.

MobilePay
We accept MobilePay payments through Checkout Finland.
Klarna
Together with Klarna Bank AB (Public Address) (head office Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden), we offer the following payment methods, which are made directly to Klarna:
● Invoice: The payment period is 14 days after delivery of the products. The terms of the Klarna invoice are available here.
● Flexible batch payment: You can pay your purchases flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the amount of debt (however, at least EUR 5.00 including interest on the remaining debt).
● Fixed batch payment: you can choose from different monthly payment options at the checkout. The items are reduced monthly as the outstanding amount of credit decreases.
● Campaign Billing: If you have been offered an option to extend your 1-3 month payment period against a start-up payment (for example, "Buy Now, Pay In February"), you can pay for purchases under the terms of your campaign bill.
