Domestic:

The postage for orders that are sent as a letter are 2€ and packages 4.90 €- 5.90€. Orders over € 120 will be delivered free of charge.

Worldwide shipping:

Delivery charges vary by country of delivery. You will see the delivery price when you go to checkout.

We love gifts, so please let us know if you want to send your order directly to the recipient of the gift, and we will add a message from you and make the package a little more festive.

All products are packaged and shipped from Helsinki within 2 to 4 business days from order, but we are constantly trying to be faster.

Please note that orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties and customs tariffs. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we are unable to influence these payments and delivery delays, so you should always be in touch with the destination country's customs.

Unfortunately, sometimes the packages are mysteriously disappeared, but we are happy to play Scherlock, so if you feel that the order has taken too long (5 days inside Finland, 4 weeks inside Europe and max.6 weeks elsewhere) just contact us! We will be happy to find out what has happened and if our searching skills are not enough we will replace your order.
